A standard general service usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the bike and extra work found. Engine or major work takes longer — we confirm the delivery time on your job card before starting.
Yes. After inspection we share the estimate with parts and labour separate. Only after your approval do we start. If something extra is found mid-way, we inform you first.
Yes — every job gets a proper bill with parts + labour split, sent to you on WhatsApp. You can pay by UPI or cash at the shop.
Yes, replaced parts are kept for you to see / take back, unless you tell us to dispose of them.
